Outdoor Adventures is a Michigan-based, family-owned business that believes the great outdoors is an excellent place for Michigan families to spend quality time together.  Therefore they make it their goal to provide the very best nature-inspired surroundings, amenities and activities in a variety of locations to facilitate that. Since its inception in 1995 the company has experienced significant growth.  

As a result, Outdoor Adventures is looking to expand their services to include resorts in other states around the country. To achieve their goal of expansion and create an enhanced customer experience, Outdoor Adventures needed a cost-effective solution that integrate well with their current CRM (Salesforce) and allowed them to customize their existing workflow.

CHALLENGE

For Outdoor Adventures, their ability to achieve their goal of strategic expansion depends on the efficiency of their outbound sales processes. Initially Outdoor Adventures was utilizing 3 different solutions and wanted to consolidate this process into one concise solution. They desired a system that was not cumbersome, streamlined their overall business processes, had seamless integration with existing Salesforce solution while decreasing operational costs.  

Outdoor Adventures faced unique operational challenges based on their specific business processes and the combination of tools they were using did not provide the comprehensive solution they needed. Outdoor Adventures required a custom cost-effective cloud contact center solution that would give them the added flexibility and sophistication that would allow for future growth.

OUR ROLE

Blacc Spot Media, was able to assess and provide a WebRTC powered cloud communications solution that resolved all of Outdoor Adventures major challenges while putting money back into their pockets. The stress-free setup and integration enabled them to quickly realize value from the solution at the outset.  

Blacc Spot Media was able to design, develop and deploy a scalable call center solution that could easily be integrated with Salesforce. The custom built platform allowed for easy navigation, accessibility to critical information, and alignment with the Outdoor Adventures existing brand.  

From a cost savings perspective, the custom built solution provided by Blacc Spot Media was able to save Outdoor Adventures 31% in the first year increasing to 47% in year two. Blacc Spot Media designed and implemented a solution that will allow the company to see a return on investment within 13 months and that increased overall efficiency for agents by 25%. Outdoor Adventures was able to benefit from having a product that fit their business goals and operational needs that paid for itself after the first year, giving them a true return on investment.
